Art Teacher

Mrs. Sechler enriches Tyndale Christian School with her extensive experience and creative flair in art instruction. She believes in fostering a supportive atmosphere and encourages students to embrace creativity, take risks and learn from experimentation. Her teaching methodology blends traditional techniques and contemporary practices, focusing on integrating creative projects and practical learning that cater to the unique interests and abilities of each student.

A Millersville University alumna, Mrs. Sechler’s background lays a solid foundation for her innovative teaching approach. Her philosophy emphasizes the importance of personalized education, ensuring that each student’s learning experience is both enriching and engaging.

Outside the art room, Mrs. Sechler enjoys a fulfilling life in McLean, Virginia with her husband and their three labrador retrievers whom her four adult children enjoy coming to visit. Her dedication to art education and her commitment to nurturing students’ creative growth make her a key member of the Tyndale community.
