Our Story

In late 2021, several Anglican families began meeting together to prayerfully explore the idea of starting a new Christ-centered school in the Falls Church and Arlington area. They shared a deep conviction that God was calling them to participate in something new in their community. They were joined by several former educators with years of collective experience in the classroom and Christian school administration who shared this hope of building a new school outside of the nation’s capital.

As they prayed together, a common vision emerged, and they began developing plans for a school that would be distinctively Christian, academically excellent, employing both Charlotte Mason and classical methodologies, and focused on whole-person formation. They sought to partner with parents who were growing in their faith in the care of a church community so that the hearts and minds of students would be cultivated in the home, at school, and in church.

Our school takes its name from William Tyndale, a leading figure in the Protestant Reformation who is regarded as the father of the English Bible. Our school’s motto is a paraphrase of Tyndale’s encouragement to Christians in his book “The Obedience of a Christian Man”, published in 1528: "Christ is with us until the world’s end. Let his little flock be bold therefore."

More than ever before, the world needs young people who will be equipped to live as vibrant Christians and who can integrate their faith in their various callings and articulate and defend the Christian message with clarity, creativity, and conviction.
