Mrs. Fowler brings a strategic mind, a servant’s heart, and a gift for organizational clarity to her work in operations and culture-building. With a background spanning nonprofit leadership, higher education, and entrepreneurship, she offers deep expertise in people-centered systems, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level support.

As the Operations Supervisor at Slingshot Memphis, Mrs. Fowler served as the sole operations professional for a growing nonprofit, working closely with the CEO and board of directors across HR, finance, governance, communications, and impact measurement functions. She played a central role in nearly doubling the organization’s headcount while refining systems that promote excellence, empathy, and accountability.

Her earlier work at Rhodes College involved pioneering the school’s Office of Student Health & Wellness, managing student leadership initiatives, and advising on community engagement strategy, all with a focus on student well-being and community impact.

A magna cum laude graduate of Rhodes College with a degree in Urban & Community Health and a minor in Religious Studies, Mrs. Fowler is deeply committed to work that fosters the flourishing of both individuals and communities.
